Pricing questions
Do risk assessments and training records cost extra?
One or both cost 1 credit per flight. If the flight also gets a briefing pack, they are included in its 2 credits. For example: a training record alone is 1 credit, a training record and risk assessment together are 1 credit, and a training record with a briefing pack (with or without a risk assessment) is 2 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy a credit pack when you need one. There is no monthly or yearly fee.
Can I pay on a monthly basis with an invoice?
Yes, you can! If you anticipate needing more than 1,000 credits each month, we offer a convenient pay-as-you-go plan. At the end of each month, we’ll send you an invoice based on the credits you’ve used. Please contact us for more info.
What if I run out of credits?
You can keep planning flights and managing your fleet, crew and routes. Buy another pack when you want to file or build a briefing pack.
Does a team share credits?
Credits are bought from the account page. If you run a team with several pilots, contact us and we will help you set it up.
